5-Ton Extruded Soybean Production Line

Raw material pre-treatment: After the soybeans are sorted, they are crushed by a double-roller crusher into 4-6 pieces, and then crushed by a hammer-type grinder (with a sieve aperture of 1.6-2.0mm). A dust-proof and oil-proof dust removal system is used to prevent the material from sticking.

Steam conditioning: The ground materials are fed into the double-layer conditioning machine, where they are mixed and matured by steam. The outlet temperature is controlled at 96-102℃, and the moisture content is ≤14.7%. This prepares for the extrusion process. High-temperature extrusion: After quenching, the material is sent into the extruder. It is extruded under high temperature (125-135℃) and high pressure conditions. The diameter of the discharge mold hole is 8-10mm. The urease activity of the finished product is 0.02-0.03, and the protein solubility is 70%-80%.

Cooling and Drying: The expanded materials are processed through a counter-flow plate cooler. The negative pressure drying process ensures that the outlet material temperature is ≤ ambient temperature + 8℃ and the moisture content is ≤ 12%, preventing spoilage and mold growth.

Finished product processing: After cooling, the materials are crushed by the finished product crusher to ensure that the over-screening rate of the 20-mesh sieve is ≥ 90% (customizable to 98%). Finally, the finished products are completed through measurement, weighing, and packaging.
