Product Advantages

In response to the characteristics of the expanded materials, three designs - a large feed inlet, high rotational speed, and a non-blocking screen - are adopted to achieve uniform grinding, no blockage, and low powderization.
By optimizing the linear speed of the hammer blades, the rotating balance rotor, the double-layer shock-absorbing body, and the direct transmission, high production capacity, low failure rate, and stable operation are achieved. The grinding direction is switched periodically to ensure that the hammer blades and the screen surfaces are evenly subjected to force, avoiding excessive wear on any single surface, and significantly reducing the number of shutdowns for replacement and maintenance costs.
The movable full-opening operation door and safety interlock device ensure the convenience and safety of opening. Some models have undergone professional improvement designs based on the characteristics of various expanded materials, making them more suitable for the usage scenarios after the materials are expanded.
The rotor of the entire machine has undergone G2.5-level dynamic balance correction, with the vibration during high-speed operation being ≤ 2.8mm/s, and the bearing life is increased by 30%. The entire machine is more stable and quieter.
